Mr Grönholm is a geologist with 15 years experience in research, exploration and mining in Finland. After graduating in 1992 he worked as a researcher at the University of Helsinki and also as a part-time exploration geologist for Outokumpu Mining Oy. In 1999, he commenced as a full-time employee of Outokumpu Mining, and in 2003 as a project geologist and project manager for Dragon Mining. He specialises in prospecting for gold in different types of deposits, such as Orivesi, Jokisivu, Kaapelinkulma and Saattopora.
